  Menards has always been a place with sub par products at low prices with weekly gimmick sales, which used to be part of it's charm. Kind of like a Harbor Freight with crappy building materials where most of the stuff is garbage, but some of it was actually pretty decent depending on what you were looking for. Now, more often than not, the sales associates have absolutely zero product knowledge, and are frankly, quite lazy. They have a plethora of mismarked prices throughout the store that you only find out about at the register, and that is assuming that you are paying close attention to big booty Judy scanning items at warp speed. I have finally had enough of this place. For my random needs where I don't go through a vendor, I'll just start going to home depot or Lowes.
