  Tire shop is horrible and should have it's name stripped. Never in all my years have I had a tire shop not be able to remove wheels that are swapped out twice a year. Unlike real tire shops, they lack the staff and tools to handle a great number of jobs. I had three hours invested in getting tires only to be told they didn't have the tools to remove my current. Went back to my go to shop (Discount Tires) and saved $40 in the process. Don't waste your time with Sam's, their tires are overpriced and they lack competent employees.

  Really terrible place. We were in line waiting forever because the woman in front of us called for a manager due to missing tag/barcode issue and they couldn't even get one to show up! Then while we were waiting, a Mexican worker taking care of something next to us had told the Mexican family BEHIND US that they could go over to one of the lanes that was marked "closed" for faster service! So apparently the Mexican workers here are racist towards white people! So disorganized, too few lanes open, dead-eye unintelligent employees fill this place. When we were done shopping my husband turned to me and told me "This place makes me hate life".. that about summed it up for me as well. And then they wonder why a lot of people switched over to Costco. Update: I hear they are closing a bunch of locations now, AWESOME! This is what you deserve you racist pigs!
